Refund policy

At ISCREATIVE Designs, each item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we want to be clear about how refunds and exchanges work. 

Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are available if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. 
• You receive the wrong item. 

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it with a replacement or store credit refund at no cost to you. 

Please note:

• Refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind).
• Refunds are not available if the wrong size or color was ordered, since every item is custom-printed. 

Exchanges

We don't offer traditional exchanges, but we'll always work with you to make it right. 

• If you need a different size or style, a new order will need to be placed. 
• If the exchange is due to a printing or fulfillment error, we'll gladly cover the cost of sending you a replacement. 

Returns

Because each product is custom-printed we cannot accept returns unless there is a quality issue.
